Here we will be uploading examples of how Local Authorities deal with child on child sexual assault.
We will be starting with Herefordshire where residents have been asking the Council for years to clarify for schools HOW the Human Rights Act applies to cases of child on child sexual assault.
We are keen to hear from you, particularly if you know a school or a Local Authority which has clear guidance on what, in practical terms, it means to ensure that the legal rights of victims are protected after disclosure.
